Different door construction methods are used.

TPS 100, 200, 300, 400: 
Steel door leaf with Aluminium frame with double glazed insulated windows.  Plastic glazing surrounds, golden or silver colour handle.

TPS 010, 015, 025, 030: 
Steel door leaf with Aluminium frame with double glazed insulated windows.  Plastic glazing surrounds and stainless steel fixed handles.

TPS 700, 800, 900: 
Steel door leaf with Aluminium frame with triple glazed insulated windows with sand-blasted pattern.  Stainless steel glazing frame, stainless steel fixed handles.

Colours:
ThermoPro doors are supplied in Traffic White (RAL9016) as standard.  

White Aluminium RAL 9006, Terra Brown RAL 8028, Clay Brown RAL 8003, Ochre Brown RAL 8001, Light Grey RAL 7035, Fir Green RAL 6009, Moss Green RAL 6005, Ruby Red RAL 3003, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, Cream 9001.

Special colours are not available in this range.

Golden Oak, Dark Oak and Titan metallic finishes are available on TPS010, TPS020, TPS015, TPS025, TPS030, TPS700, TPS800 & TPS900.   The finish is on the external and internal surfaces of the doors and frame.

Handles and accessories: Secured by Design in conjunction with the Association of Chief Police Officers, is a security upgrade to help combat crime. The fully accredited door will come supplied with a high security cylinder complete withr egistration card and 3 security keys.  £100 inc VAT. Back to top

Choosing the correct size:
ThermoPro doors come pre-fitted within their own frame therefore the ordering size refers to the external dimensions of the frame.  Both standard and made to measure sizes are available.  Ensure the brick opening is perfectly square (the doors are) and allow minimum 5mm clearance either side for variances in brick/blockwork plus space for manouvering the product into place.

Standard sizes - all doors:
920mm x 2095m, 932m x 2095mm & 1001mm x 2095mm

Made to measure sizes:
TPS 010, 015: width between 875mm & 1250mm, height between 1875mm & 2250mm
TPS  020, 025, 030, 700, 800, 900: width between 875mm & 1250mm, height between 1990mm & 2250mm 
TPS 100, 200, 300, 400: width between 875mm & 1100mm, height between 1990mm & 2100mm

Warranty info:
Hormann offer a full 10-year manufacturers warranty that covers both parts and surface finish.  Normal reasonable wear and tear, wilfil damage, etc, is excluded and products must be installed as per installation instructions.
